Who is Jesus? People all over the world have a different opinion. A inspiration, a guru, a prophet. Christians believe him to be the savior. What do you think?
The question remains: who is Jesus? We know he walked the earth. He is seen as a great inspirator, a prophet, a guru. Christians see him as a savior, son of God. But even in Christianity, people have very different views. If he would appear in their church today, they might not even recognize him.
Jesus tells his followers to meet him. But they don’t know at what time he will come. To kill time, the guys went fishing. When Jesus calls them after a night of fishing to check what they caught, they don’t recognize his appearance and voice. Which is surprising, because they were very close with him for years. Jesus asks them to throw the nets on the other side. John realizes this is not the first time someones asks him that. It must be Jesus! Finally they all recognize him. And they ask the question: “Who are you?”
All over the world people ask this question: “Who is Jesus?” His followers will say: “He is the savior. Our master.”
Maybe you don’t know who Jesus is. Allow yourself to let him be the Master of your life. Just try it. I am convinced he will show up. In a way you will understand.
